IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Together with our programmer, we are taking necessary steps to remove duplicate license numbers that were generating for many locations in the license lookup portal. While we work to remedy this, you may notice some features become unavailable in your manager dashboard. Please be patient as we work through this inconvenient glitch as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we suggest collecting hard copies of all employee certificates and keeping in-house records of completion. Thank you for your understanding!
Additionally, if you are looking to re-take the course, but believe you are unable to due to the course showing as ‘complete’, the course and exam are still able to be re-done. The ‘completion’ gauge is purely cosmetic. Thank you!
